PCM

Terms of use

These terms apply to PCM (Project Control & Management): the apps for Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows, the web app and the PCM servers. By creating a company account or using PCM you agree to them.

Accounts — the person who creates a company account is its manager and is responsible for the users they add and the access they give them. Keep your password secret; whatever is done with your account is your responsibility.

Trial — every new company gets a free trial period. After it, using PCM requires an active subscription; your data is kept and becomes available again as soon as you subscribe.

Subscriptions — PCM is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions of 1 month, 6 months and 1 year. In the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase; in the Android app, to your Google Play account.

Auto-renewal — a subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged to your account within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Managing and cancelling — you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account settings; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.

Your data — everything your company enters into PCM belongs to your company. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy, and we never sell it.

Acceptable use — do not use PCM for anything unlawful, do not try to access other companies’ data, and do not disrupt or overload the service.

Availability and changes — we work to keep PCM available and your data safe, and we improve the product continuously, so features may change. PCM is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or data, arising from its use.

Ending the service — you can stop using PCM at any time and ask for your company’s account to be deleted (see Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms — if we change them, we publish the new version on this page; continuing to use PCM means you accept it. Questions? Write to us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
