One set of books for the whole company

When costs live in notebooks, spreadsheets and chat threads, nobody knows which job actually made money until it’s too late. In PCM, a teammate logs an expense from the site — by hand or by voice — and it appears in your ledger straight away, tagged to its project. Approval and locking stop anything from changing quietly afterwards.

And not everyone needs to see everything: an accountant with limited access works only with the rows they’re responsible for, while company-wide profit stays visible to owners only — enforced by the server, not just hidden in the app.

Yes. PCM is built for project-based businesses such as contractors, construction, interior fit-out and installation companies. Materials, labor, transport and client payments are recorded per project, so you see each job’s profit separately.

Each check is recorded with its amount, bank and due date. You’re reminded before it’s due, and once it’s cleared or paid you update it in one tap. Checks that haven’t cleared always have their own list.

Yes. Any list in the app exports to Excel with the same filters and every row, not just the current page. You can also print or save a PDF with the columns you choose and the invoice images.
